Still waiting for iTrixx

So my grand plans for an interactive exhibit at the end of the residency, Traces/Antipode, continue to be on hold. I'm still waiting for the people at iTrixx to respond. If it doesn't push through, that's ok. Then I can concentrate on making interactive visualizations, I suppose. The problem is that I suggested the Traces/Antipode be held on November 26, but it's poetry night that night. The readings are usually held on the second floor, and I really really want Traces/Antipode to be on the second floor, and that it will be there for all of the night. So I moved it to the 26th.

I hope it pushes through.

Between the two, I think Antipode is more interesting than Traces. Funny, since the ideas behind Traces were kind of the original ideas behind this entire residency in the first place, andWe now that's begun to fade away. I guess I'm really not that interested in social networking sites, after all...

Thought: maybe one of the outputs of the residency would be a visualization tool, not necessarily a set of visualizations. We'll see. I guess it'll depend on what the initial survey reveals.

Tonight is Angelo's last night at GP. Too bad I wasn't able to attend all his other nights, though at least I was there on that stormy night when almost no one came. :S The weather is clear, which means people will probably go, which means it might be crazy.
