Notes from brown bag lecture I gave at the Psychology Department

I reprised the two talks I gave in Week 1 to a group from the Psych Department at UP Diliman. Again, their feedback was very useful. Here are my rough notes, which would probably be incomprehensible to anyone else than me:

students sometimes lose the message in the attempt to visualize data
dapat siyang ipasok kasi students are required not just to gather data but to present data

perhaps they would value the data more
comm research has
50%

hindi kailangang vertical
transgender, sexual fluidity among women
men stable, women less stable?

chei needs internet
focus on leaders?
not everyone in the community is equal
political psychology
lookign at people with lots of social interaction
sagada, manicurista ng town who highly connected

citations: who cites who, which fields get ignored
faculty inbreeding
